Keep Your Documents Neat, Visible, and Protected

The F4 PVC Transparent L-Shape Holder is the essential clear document folder for busy offices, schools, and corporate workspaces across Malaysia. Designed with an open-top, open-side “L-shape” construction, this holder allows for quick document insertion while keeping your files visible and organized at a glance — no more flipping through stacks of paper to find what you need.

Premium PVC Material for Long-Lasting Use

Built from extra-thick, tear-resistant PVC, this F4 document holder is made to withstand daily handling in high-volume office environments. Unlike flimsy plastic sleeves, the heavy-duty construction resists creasing, tearing, and wear — protecting your important documents, reports, and certificates from dust, spills, and accidental damage.

Standard F4 Size for Malaysian Offices

Measuring the standard 235mm x 340mm (Foolscap/F4), this holder is purpose-built for the paper size most commonly used in Malaysian corporate, government, and educational settings. It’s the perfect fit for contracts, invoices, reports, school worksheets, and administrative paperwork.

Large Label Space for Easy Identification

Every holder features a generous label area, allowing you to write, print, or stick labels directly onto the folder. Whether you’re organizing files by department, project, date, or client name, this feature makes filing systems faster to set up and easier to navigate — ideal for shared cupboards, shelves, and storage cabinets.

Crystal-Clear Visibility

The fully transparent PVC design lets you see the front page of your document without opening the folder. This saves time when searching through multiple files and adds a professional, organized look to any office shelf, cabinet, or filing tray.

Perfect For:

• Corporate offices managing high volumes of paperwork
• School and tuition centres organizing student files and worksheets
• Admin and HR departments storing employee records
• Clinics, law firms, and government offices requiring document protection
• Anyone needing a simple, durable filing solution for shelf or cupboard storage
